About the Conference
The African Committee for Treatment and Research in Multiple Sclerosis (AFRICTRIMS) is proud to host its historic 1st Annual Conference in Accra, Ghana. This landmark meeting will bring together neurologists, researchers, trainees, MS nurses, rehabilitation specialists, and patient advocacy groups from across Africa and around the world.
The conference provides a dedicated platform to discuss Multiple Sclerosis and related neuroimmunological disorders within the African context — addressing the unique epidemiological, diagnostic, and treatment challenges facing the continent. With both English and French programmes running simultaneously, AFRICTRIMS 2026 is truly pan-African in scope and ambition.
